Snowmass, Colorado

Come run with Trail Runner magazine and respected coaches David and Megan Roche in the spectacular Elk Mountains. In this three-day course, our coaches will focus on form, efficiency, approachable workouts and how to truly enjoy life and running through a positive attitude and self-acceptance.

The camp will cover a gamut of trail-running topics, including proper form and technique, training principles, race tactics, nutrition and injury treatment and prevention.

Wilderness First Aid for Trail Runners

September 7-11, 2018

Leadville, Colorado

Learn wilderness first aid skills specific to trail running while exploring the iconic trails around Leadville. The instructors at Desert Mountain Medicine have designed this four-day course for backcountry runners and will focus on gear, altitude, hypothermia, trauma, illness, weather and more.

Led by the renowned outdoor photographer Fred Marmsater, this three-day course, held against the stunning backdrop of the eastern Sierra Nevada, puts runners and photographers in the field to study lighting, composition, positioning, movement and more.
